Refunds

If you receive a damaged product, we offer a refund or exchange free of charge. To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may require evidence of the damage, such as photographs, to process your refund efficiently.

Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. However, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Additionally, once a product has been opened, we cannot accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund free of charge. Please note that any damage to the product's packaging must be reported to the delivery carrier upon receipt of the package.
